How To Get Started

Book a Call to meet your coach and figure out what you need. Book Now

Your coach will then suggest any plans and/or add-ons for you based on your call.

When your plan is confirmed, your coach will get to work based on the information collected and preferences outlined in your introductory call.

Time for you to get working – even though each workout has its own tutorial video, your coach will add personal instructions based on your capacity to assist you in understanding the workouts fully. All you have to do is get the work done. Simple right?

You will have weekly group or one on one check-ins. This will not only serve as an accountability factor ensuring you stay on your fitness path but as an opportunity for you or your coach to seek out new growth practices for your journey. Any questions or concerns, feel free to discuss; if you need a bit of motivation, your coach is always there for you.

I have been working out for over a year now and I haven’t seen any gains in the last few months?NTG Tip: Make sure you are safely pushing your body BEYOND its limits. FEEL THE BURN. If the last couple of reps (effective reps) aren’t burning or your muscles aren’t fatigue, then you’re probably still in your comfort zone. Challenge yourself for the growth and remain consistent. Be progressive in all of your workouts. Most of all, have patience.

How do I reach my fitness goals and maintain them?NTG TIP: By learning your body on your fitness journey you will be able to know what works. After you find out what works for you, you must put in the work. Simple, do not ease up. Your progression depends on how dedicated you are to this. After you reach your goal it is easy to take your foot off the pedal. DON’T! You are at the beginning of your journey; the best version of yourself you have ever been. Muscle memory works both ways so if you are not doing equivalent work and you do not maintain your diet to reflect this new body then your body may revert or downgrade to reflect your new/current lifestyle.

I do not know how or where to start?NTG TIP: As simple as we can put it, research your body type and goals. See what others are doing and start. Some things might work and some might not, be aware and change your routine to fit the things that work. Also, this will take time, have patience. Want a faster and efficient route: get a fitness coach knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you there.

Do I have to stop eating the foods I love in order to lose fat?NTG Tip: It all comes down to knowing which nutritional targets to hit and remain consistent hitting those targets. For fat loss you should be in a caloric deficit so most times it comes down to better proportioning.

Do I have to do cardio for hours to lose fat?NTG Tip: Knowing your fat-burning zones allows you to get better results in a fraction of time. You don't need endless cardio, you need a consistent cardiovascular regimen incorporated in your workout plan or even as a daily practice. More importantly you need to stay in a caloric deficit and align your diet with your fat loss goal.
